FAQ

You can provide us your accounting documents either physically or digitally:

  1.  Deposit of hard copy documents at our office. Please check our contact page for opening hours. 
  2. Digital submission:

    • Via Fid-manager (solution free of charge). Ask your contact person to render the digital platform available to you. You easily access the login page via the link on our website, located at the top right corner. In order to process your file efficiently, we kindly ask you to follow these recommandations.

    • OkiOkia solution we are currently testing until the end of October with a limited number of users. This solution helps you with the collection of your accounting documents and facilitates your administration. Although it requires more frequent follow-up, the total time you spend on administration should be reduced. If you would like to test this application, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If the solution is retained after the testing period, we will still keep the option of free submission with Fid-Manager.

To create a mandate on myMinfin, follow these steps on the SPF Finances website (Mandates). As the website is not available in English, we mention the French terms below:

  1.  Click on “Gérer mes mandats fiscaux”. Thereafter, login using ItsMe or your ID-card and an e-ID reader.  Thereafter, select on whose behalf you wish to grant a mandate: for yourself (private matters and personal tax return) or on behalf of an enterprise.

  2.  Once connected, click on create (‘Création’) and select which mandates you wish to grant. In order to allow us to treat your accountancy and/or tax matters, please select the following options:

    • For an enterprise : (i) ‘Biztax’, (ii) ‘Contentieux’, (iii) ‘FinProf’, (iv) ‘registre UBO’ (if applicable) and (v) ‘TVA’.

    • For your personal tax matters (when connected in your own name : (i) ‘MyMinFin’ and (ii) ‘Tax-on-Web NR/PP’ (non-residents) or ‘IPP’ (Belgian residents).

  3.  Indicate that you are the grantor of the power of attorney ( Mandant). Then, press the search button below (‘rechercher‘) in the box of ‘Mandataire’. Next, enter the company number of Ax’well (1004.501.514). Our information will appear, and you can validate it.

  4. Continue and click on ‘next’ (‘Suivant‘). You can inform us that the mandate was granted simply by mentioning our e-e-mail address with the information of the proxyholder (‘Mandataire‘). For this purpose, you can use the e-mail address ‘info@axwell.be‘.
