Thierry’s professional journey began as a financial management expert at Gervais-Danone. However, his thirst for more led him to an exciting opportunity within a family business. There, he embraced various roles in production, procurement, sales, and operations, gaining impressive versatility.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Thierry founded his own accounting firm. Over the past forty years, he has continuously updated his knowledge, specializing in diverse fields such as business law, strategic management, tax legislation, corporate governance, and business restructuring.
Thierry advises national and international clients on a wide range of business challenges. He places great importance on personalized guidance and strives to be a trusted advisor for his clients.

Matthias De Bauw
Tax accountant
After obtaining a master’s degree in law at the university of Leuven (2013) and a master’s degree in general management at Vlerick Business School (2014), Matthias started his career as a lawyer at the Brussels bar. He joined Ax’well after having gained six years of experience at a leading international law firm where he assisted on a variety of matters covering various fields of expertise. Matthias is currently pursuing his qualifications as a certified tax accountant.
Being used to working on challenging matters for domestic and international clients, Matthias’ credo is to advise clients with a personalised approach and to provide them with 360° service. His degree in general management allows him to assist you on business matters, not only from an accounting and tax perspective, but also from an A-Z management perspective.
